About The Role

DAS UK are looking to recruit a Strategic Account Executive to join our BTE Partnerships Team. Reporting into the Strategic Partnerships Manager, this is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to hold responsibility for the delivery of action plans, MI and strategic deliverables by building key relationships internal and externally.

This role entails providing support across all of their partnerships, and supporting the Strategic Partnership Manager by monitoring and escalating operational SLA / KPI performance. This will involve:

  • Collating monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the business, as well as drafting agendas for reviews
  • Owning the Account Actions logs, delivering the monthly rhythm and building relationships with key business partner team to support the ongoing activities.
  •  Receiving and dealing with business partner queries and enquiries, ensuring responses are delivered within the agreed SLA’s and ensuring the right area of the business takes ownership and commits to providing the required answers.
  • Tracking activities of allocated partnerships via Action Logs and attending monthly Operational Calls/Meetings with each business partner to present overview and outstanding of items.
  • Providing support for wider team when required including supporting the Head of BTE Partnerships on ad-hoc project requirements.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with the ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative working relationships across a wide matrix of internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will ideally have:

  • Account Planning and Management experience (is preferable) 
  • Effective relationship building skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • A proactive and innovative mind-set
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
