Selection and Interviewing
If your application is successful, a member of our Recruitment Team will be in touch with you to let you know you have been shortlisted and discuss your availability for interview. All the necessary information regarding the interview will be emailed directly to you, which will include our guide to help you prepare to the best of your ability! Depending on the requirements, we use a combination of telephone and face-to-face interviewing, assessment centres, psychometric testing, and skills-based assessments.
Our selection process is dependent upon the role, and sometimes this means a one stage process, or it may be a combination of interviews and tests at different stages. Either way, you will be fully briefed on the process at the beginning of your journey with us, and the Recruitment Team will be happy to answer any questions you may have along the way. If you have a disability of any kind, you can ask for reasonable adjustments for any part of the recruitment process, (e.g. you may need the application form in a different format, wheelchair access for an interview, or more time for an interview test.)
As well as the required level of skill and experience for the role, DAS is a values-based employer, and we will be looking for people who demonstrate our RIGHT values. Details of our values can be found here.
