We use an online application process for all vacancies at ARAG. You can search for vacancies by clicking here.

If you see a vacancy that you are interested in applying for, you’ll need to complete a sequence of steps online to submit your application. One of these steps is to attach your CV. In order for you to really show case your skills and experience, we encourage you to spend time updating your CV and attach this to your application, as it gives us more insight.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your application has been submitted successfully. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we’re unable to provide specific feedback at application stage, however if you have completed a formal interview we will ensure that feedback is provided to you.

You are more than welcome to apply for multiple opportunities with us however, please be aware that vacancies will often progress through the recruitment process at different rates. We’re unable to keep a position open unnecessarily so you may have to make some decisions along the way with regards to the roles for which you’re applying.

Our selection process is dependent upon the role, and sometimes this means a one stage process, or it may be a combination of interviews and tests at different stages. Either way, you will be fully briefed on the process at the beginning of your journey with us, and the Recruitment Team will be happy to answer any questions you may have along the way. If you have a disability of any kind, you can ask for reasonable adjustments for any part of the recruitment process, (e.g. you may need the application form in a different format, wheelchair access for an interview, or more time for an interview test.)

Offer Process

Once you have completed the selection process and have been successful in securing an offer to join us, we will get in touch with you straight away! One of our Recruitment Team will contact you directly to let you know the good news and talk you through what we’re offering you. Your offer letter and full contract of employment will be sent to you via the online recruitment system.

Everyone who joins the business will need to complete a satisfactory Right to Work, DBS and Credit check, and your offer of employment will be conditional upon receipt of satisfactory references.

Onboarding

Our Recruitment team will remain in touch with you throughout the on-boarding process to keep you in the loop of your progress and to make arrangements for your start date. In your first few months with us, we will help introduce you to ARAG with relevant training, as well as provide excellent opportunities during your career with us to help you achieve your goals and ambitions.

Recruitment Agencies

ARAG UK will only pay a fee for candidates who are:

  • submitted or presented where there is a signed Recruitment Partner Supplier Agreement in place between ARAG UK and the recruitment agency prior to CV submission
  • submitted using the Applicant Tracking System

In the case of a candidate(s) submitted or presented to ARAG UK by a recruitment supplier or agency without a signed agreement, or where a candidate has not been uploaded to a vacancy on the Applicant Tracking System, ARAG UK reserves the right to contact and/or hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruitment supplier or agency.
