Consumer Duty Oversight Manager

We are keen to hear from candidates with proven experience within the Compliance industry at management level. You will have demonstrable knowledge of the FCA and PRA regulatory matters, as well as knowledge and awareness of Consumer Duty requirements. It is essential that you have proven experience managing stakeholders at senior level (including Board and CEO).

In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

•           Relevant compliance qualifications or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts to improve the relationship and reputation of ARAG Compliance within the business. 
•           Encourage teamwork and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills both inside and outside the department.
