About The Role

DAS Law (part of ARAG UK) are seeking a Professional Negligence Associate to join our growing Litigation and Dispute Management team within our Volume Litigation Department. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time, where the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and utilise their in-depth knowledge of professional negligence law and experience of running cases from instruction to trial. 

Within this role, you will be assessing the prospects of success of claims against a range of professions, such as Solicitors, Valuers, Accountants and Construction professionals of a small and fast track claims value. Good customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do, and you will hold a pivotal customer facing role at DAS Law by providing excellent customer service through evaluating professional Negligence claims of Small and Fast Track value for prospects, and negotiating and litigating claims through the courts.  

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience and sound knowledge of Professional Negligence law and civil procedures, including experience of running Fast-Track value cases. Qualifications such as LLB/LPC/ILEX/GDL or equivalent are preferential, but not essential, but it is key that you are articulate and hold excellent client care skills.
