About The Role

DAS UK Group would like to introduce an opportunity to join our Operational Support Team based in Bedwas, South Wales. The team is responsible for the management of all incoming correspondence as well as providing administrative assistance to the rest of the department to ensure work is processed to the appropriate quality standard in a timely manner.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed individuals to help us provide an efficient and exceptional service to all of our customers (internal and external), particularly around our claims and legal provision.

Working closely as a team this is an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your communication and relationship building skills, helping to ensure that information is communicated in a clear and commercial manner particularly when dealing with difficult customers.

About You

If you’ve had experience working in an office environment, preferably insurance or legal although this is not essential, we’d like to hear from you! In addition, we’re looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

  • An Awareness and basic knowledge of the claim processes and documentation;
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work off own initiative;
  • Knowledge of keyboard short codes and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • An ability to take instruction and impart/knowledge transfer to colleagues;
  • The ability to deliver high quality performance against challenging KPI’s and SLA’s; and
  • An aptitude to work with different computer, office equipment and telephony packages.
  • It is desirable but not essential if you’ve had experience of new claims entry and insurance policy validation.
