About The Role

DAS UK Group, a market leading insurance and legal services provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the Client Services department on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This position can be home based but will require regular UK wide travel and a presence in both the London and Bristol offices when required.

This position would ideally suit somebody who has a sound understanding of the insurance industry with experience of managing large corporate partnership. As a result, the successful candidate will need to have good communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Working with the Head of Partnerships to deliver a business strategy that provides profitable growth, the successful candidate will lead a portfolio of strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for building and developing long term consultative relationships with DAS’ strategic partners, to drive mutual growth objectives which deliver on P&L requirements through bespoke partnership development plans. 

About You

We are looking for candidates who have lead and developed strategic partnerships in a previous position and who want to join a team that encourages a culture where people want to be and do their best by embedding great leadership and building appropriate capabilities amongst the team.

Our Customers are at the heart of what we do and as such, this position will be key in helping to drive Customer understanding ensuring business partner engagement.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • An ability to deliver innovative and quality customer solutions;
  • Proven strategic vision, develop and delivery of long term strategic plans for our partnerships;
  • Collaborative and able to work with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions to enhance the effectiveness of the business;
  • The ability to influence and communicate with confidence at senior levels;
  • Success at developing and managing internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships and collaboratively develop customer offerings;
  • Develop and continually enhance commercially valuable professional relationships with partners;
  • An ability to encourage commercial success with clear commercial acumen and proven experience of commercial negotiation and business case construction;
  • Ability to support development of strategic account objectives and apply them in tactical decision making;
  • Passion for the ‘Art of the Possible’ contributing to a highly innovative and collaborative partnership culture; and
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to create stakeholder investment in partnership strategy and transformation.
