About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team at DAS UK Group. Reporting into the Head of HR, Insurance and Talent, and working closely with the Resourcing Partner, this role is responsible for sourcing and screening suitable candidates for a diverse range of roles. An important part of the role will be creating talent pipelines and proactively mapping the market, as we operate with a direct sourcing model.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide a high quality recruitment process which is agile, focused on business need, and expertly delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Providing a credible, approachable and highly knowledgeable point of contact for candidates and recruiting managers with regards to the recruitment requirements across the business;
  • Ensure the candidate management process is effective, compliant and timely;
  • Providing a seamless and positive candidate experience whilst ensuring robust and appropriate screening and assessment is in place;
  • Identifying and approaching talent using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Developing direct delivery recruitment campaigns that are flexible for all areas of the business;
  • Ensuring the appropriate advertising media is used to maximise our employer brand profile and candidate attraction; and
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation.
About You

We are looking for applicants that have:

  • previous experience in a recruitment role ideally high volume and fee earning roles;
  • experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques
  • the ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • the ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlines;
  • experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation;
  • an interest in emerging talent recruitment programmes (graduate placements, apprenticeships etc)
