About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships - Agency Network Support Manager to join DAS UK Group. Based in either central Bristol (just a stone’s throw away from Bristol Temple Meads station, or Bedwas (South Wales) and with the option of home based working (with national travel), this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career. This role will expose you to a variety of different tasks and challenges but predominately you will act as the key liaison between one of our large strategic partner’s agency networks and DAS.

As a Corporate Partnerships – Agency Network Support Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for providing support to a national network of Agents and agency staff under the direction of the Strategic Account Manager;
  • Produce strategic and tactical deliverables through building key collaborative working relationships within the agency network and DAS key operational areas;
  • Support the account on a day to day basis, acting as a point of contact for agencies, strategy implementation and delivery of MI;
  • Hold the Strategic Network Service Proposition plan for the strategic account to ensure that it is regularly reviewed and updated by the Strategic Account Manager;
  • Support the Strategic Service Proposition by delivering a clear agent contact strategy which delivers against agency support requirements for all elements of Legal Expenses Insurance;
  • Attend agent conferences, area and regional meetings, one to one meetings with specific agents and a willingness to support high value customer meetings;
  • Provide support to agencies from an educational/training perspective and act as a point of escalation when issues arise;
  • Document the strategy and provide minutes against all governance;
  • Support Strategic Account Manager by owning the agent contact strategy, delivering the monthly rhythm and building relationships with Agents and key stakeholders internally to support the ongoing activities;
  • Receive and deal with agent queries and enquiries ensuring any responses are delivered within the agreed SLA’s;
  • Effectively use Salesforce as a CRM tool ensuring stakeholders at all parties are kept informed of developments;
  • Support production of agent support tools to enhance the knowledge of Legal Expenses Insurance product and customer journeys;
  • Support the introduction of a new advocacy measurement to understand the needs of the agents and impact of role;
  • Assist the Strategic Account Managers with any other day to day activities; and
  • Assume ownership of strategic or business risks, escalating or inquiring about risk management concerns to second line of defence.
About You

We are looking for innovative and proactive individuals that are able to work flexibly and who have:

  • An understanding of Corporate partnerships;
  • A good understanding of the Insurance industry; specific Legal Expenses Insurance would be an advantage;
  • An ability to build effective collaborative working relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in account planning and management;
  • Strong stakeholder management;
  • An ability to be able to work flexibly including a high level of travel covering the whole of the UK as required by the role;
  • A trustworthy and open nature.
