About The Role

We have an excellent Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for an Associate to join our Volume Litigation Team here at DAS Law. The team is a hardworking and exceptionally friendly unit, made up of a number of aspiring Paralegals specialising in possession work. It continually lives the DAS values with a dedication to mutual respect, continuous improvement and client care.

The team has rapidly expanded over the last year, and this is a great opportunity to help supervise the residential possession work within the team. The department plans to take on a variety of landlord and tenant work in the coming year, enabling opportunities to develop within your skills and knowledge in this area. 

Reporting into Faye Schneider, the successful candidate will be both case handling and supervising. This will entail assisting Faye with managing and supervising the team, as well as helping to nurture established client and business partner relationships. You will be managing with your own case load as well as being responsible for the technical legal work of a team of direct reports.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience working within Landlord and Tenant work with knowledge and understanding of relevant procedures. It is key that you work well in a collaborative team environment and are prepared to embrace our values and live these in your day to day working life. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A drive to develop your team and take responsibility for all aspects of management, including financial performance, client care and risk management whilst acting as a referral point.
