About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR team at DAS UK Group. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager and working closely with the Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening suitable candidates for a diverse range of roles, through a direct sourcing model. You’ll also be responsible for building talent pipelines, market mapping, and working collaboratively with the Resourcing Advisor to provide up to date industry knowledge.

The main responsibilities of this role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Providing a credible, approachable and highly knowledgeable point of contact for candidates and recruiting managers with regards to the recruitment requirements across the business;
  • Ensuring the candidate management process is effective, compliant and timely;
  • Providing a seamless and positive candidate experience whilst ensuring robust and appropriate screening and assessment is in place;
  • Identifying and approaching talent using a variety of sourcing methods;
  • Researching and proposing ideas to strengthen our candidate sourcing methods and our employer brand in the market place;
  • Developing direct delivery recruitment campaigns that are flexible for all areas of the business;
  • Ensuring the appropriate advertising media is used to maximise our employer brand profile and candidate attraction; and
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation.
About You

We’re ideally looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role ideally high volume and fee earning roles within an in-house or agency role;
  • Demonstrable experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques to include identification of passive talent pools;
  • Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems or online recruitment systems;
  • The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • An ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines;
  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation; and
  • Excellent IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems
