We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career as a Propositions Manager. You will be trained and supported in this entry level position for a Customer Propositions Executive and will join part of the Propositions, Marketing & Business Partner Assurance Team which is responsible for managing and delivering products and propositions that support the overall financial growth targets for DAS UK Group.

The Propositions role at DAS includes general product management activities such as product governance, developing product knowledge, and monitoring product performance and understanding and using insight to develop new propositions that work for our business partners and their customers. This might be new products, new features for existing products or using existing features and benefits to develop marketing campaigns.

The Propositions Executive plays a supporting role in the team.  Following established processes they will:

  • Help the Propositions Manager to deliver propositions that address customer needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Manage and deliver regulatory requirements, including regular product reviews and reporting. There are already prescribed processes in place and the role holder will be given full training in the latest regulation if required.
About You

Previous experience in a similar role is not needed for this role but we would like to hear from applicants with excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build good working relationships and who can demonstrate:

  • An ability to take multiple sources of information and write reports and other documents;
  •  The ability to clearly articulate own point of view and listen to others in order to make good decisions;
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel to create documents and presentations;
  • The ability to interpret all types of information, identify insights and draw conclusions;
  • Good organisational and planning skills; and
  • The ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks in line with business priorities.
