About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join a market leading insurance and legal services provision in either our head office in Bristol, or our office in Bedwas, South Wales. As part of your role you can expect to process the handling of new customer clams and related services to ensure a quick and efficient service to both internal and external customers.

This is a part time position (28 hours per week), where you will work on a shift basis Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am – 6pm, and Saturday's 9am - 5pm (once every 5 weeks). 

As a Contact Centre Advisor you can expect to:

  • Take calls from policy holders regarding new and existing claims including; motor, personal injury, employment, contract and many more areas;
  • Handle new customer claims, capturing all relevant details and explaining benefits and services offered by our policies to the customer to ensure full understanding;
  • Input information received onto our systems ensuring data collated is accurate and escalated to the relevant areas;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining high levels of service delivery and customer engagement; and
  • Liaise with internal and external customers by phone and email ensuring communication is clear, concise and accurate.
About You

We'd like to hear from candidates that can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience providing excellent customer service ideally in a contact centre environment (financial services experience is an advantage but not essential);
  • A desire to continuously exceed customer expectations whilst delivering and achieving business goals and targets;
  • Excellent telephone communication skills with internal and external customers;
  • The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining an accurate, high quality output;
  • Familiar with targets, KPI’s and working to strict deadlines; and
  • The desire to constantly look for ways we can improve our processes and practices.
