About The Role

DAS UK Group have an exciting opportunity for a personable and dynamic individual to join our HR team as a Resourcing Advisor. DAS UK Group comprises of a market-leading legal expenses insurance business along with its own law firm, giving you a wide variety of roles for which you’ll source candidates, meeting all hiring manager requirements throughout the process.

You’ll work closely with the Resourcing Partner to manage the end to end recruitment process, including meeting with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, making offers and growing the employer brand through social media attraction and attending careers events.

Further responsibilities of the role include:

  • Meeting with hiring managers to understand their requirements, talking them through the process and coming up with creative ways to solve their hiring challenges
  • Sourcing candidates from job boards and through direct messaging on LinkedIn and similar platforms
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their requirements & motivations, and providing them with a clear picture of the position they are applying for
  • Booking interviews and assessments
  • Attending careers events, both virtually and in person, to network with prospective applicants
  • Managing the offer process, including negotiating salaries and packages with managers and candidates
  • Acting as a point of reference for new starters regarding their start in the business.
About You

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of recruiting high volume and fee earning roles (potentially within a legal environment) is essential, preferably within an in-house or agency role
  • Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems or online recruitment systems
  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation
  • Strong experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques to include identification of passive talent pools
  • Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
