About The Role

DAS UK Group are looking for an Outsourcing Support Administrator to join our market-leading Legal Expenses Insurance business in central Bristol on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. Working within the Outsourcing, Procurement & Legal Services team, the role will involve proactively working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service to customers through our outsourced providers.

Further responsibilities of the role include:

  • Contributing to the delivery of the Outsourcing Framework for the purposes of the ongoing monitoring of suppliers of the Group supply chain
  • Constructively identifying areas for improvement, managing agreed actions to drive efficiencies through the supply chain and help to deliver excellent levels of customer service
  • Maintaining project and supplier records on Ariba
  • Supporting members of the Outsourcing team during Tender, Due Diligence and Supplier oversight processes
  • Supporting in the creation and maintenance of Ariba projects and supplier reporting, ensuring key processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to support Ariba processes
  • Understand the information required to adhere to data protection policies and identify and report actual or potential data breaches
About You

We are seeking individuals with the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in administrative or supplier management environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications desirable
  • Ability to identify and understand what good customer service looks like
  • An aptitude for collating and analysing information
  • Deliver high quality performance against challenging KPIs and SLAs
  • Have a desire to improve and take ownership of their own personal development
